What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for a site to work. Others track visitors for analytics or advertising, and UK law requires consent before those are set.
What this site uses
We do not set cookies for analytics, advertising, social media or personalisation, and we do not embed third-party content that sets them. Pages are served as static files, and the contact form sends your enquiry directly without storing anything in your browser.
We do measure how many people visit each page, using Vercel Web Analytics. It is cookieless: it stores nothing in your browser and does not follow you between websites, which is why no consent banner appears.
Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary technical measures to deliver pages securely and protect the site from abuse. These are exempt from consent because the site cannot be provided safely without them.
Client portal
When a client signs in to the client portal, or asks for a password reset link, we set cookies that hold their sign-in session. They are only ever set on portal pages, contain no tracking, and are deleted once they are no longer needed. They are strictly necessary for the service the client has asked for, so they are exempt from consent. Visitors who never use the portal receive none.
Preferences we respect
If your device is set to reduce motion, the site turns off smooth scrolling, scroll animations and background video. If data saver is on, background video is not downloaded. Neither preference is stored by us; your browser reports it on each visit.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Doing so will not affect the public website, but clients will not be able to sign in to the portal while cookies are blocked.
If this changes
If we ever add analytics or any other non-essential cookie, we will ask for your consent first and update this page before doing so.
